We managed the Jawharat Samama master plan project in the Al-Rumana neighborhood of Madinah, adhering to the highest standards of quality and execution, and boasting a strategic location that provides easy access to the city's most prominent landmarks. The project includes residential and commercial plots, along with integrated services. We prepared feasibility studies, implementation plans, and marketing strategies within a specialized management structure to deliver a comprehensive urban environment that aligns with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and enhances the quality of life.
